Complete the five steps. Cronometer, Whoop, metabolic cart RMR and NIX are optional. Manual entry always works.
This app is educational decision support and not a medical or eating-disorder screening tool. If restrictive eating, low weight, dizziness, fainting, hormonal suppression or medical concern applies, guidance should be restore-first and professional support should be considered.
Choose the single option that best reflects both physical movement and mental/cognitive strain. This combined demand sets the PAL energy multiplier and also informs movement/recovery routing.
Small upload option: fills the five most recent complete days and excludes today if it appears incomplete.
Uses energy and macros to estimate food water, glycogen water and metabolic water, then suggests the remaining drinking-fluid range. This is not a medical fluid prescription.
These do not override the numbers, but they help place them in real physiology. Use 1 for very poor, 5 for neutral/average, and 10 for excellent.
Watch the short onboarding sequence before beginning the assessment. It explains what to collect, how to generate your report, and how to use the result.
Work through these in order, beginning with Welcome to YuMan OS.
Your assessment connects the information you have collected to your personal energy, hydration and movement guidance.
Full launch module structure with Vimeo-ready placeholder video cards.
Articles, conversations and member-only material hosted on the YuMan OS Squarespace site.
Full-body training. State-based progression. Built for real people. Match the session to your current capacity, not your ambition.

This policy explains how YuMan OS ("we", "us") handles information when an adult uses the YuMan OS assessment, creates reports, uploads files or connects a third-party service. YuMan OS is an educational decision-support service and is not a medical service.
Information comes directly from you, from files you choose to upload, and from services you explicitly connect, such as Cronometer or WHOOP through Terra. Provider availability and the fields returned vary.
We use the information to calculate and display energy, nutrition, hydration, recovery and movement guidance; create reports; maintain connected-data history; diagnose failed imports; secure the service; and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell health data or use it for targeted advertising.
Nutrition, wearable, fitness and inferred status information may be health data and therefore special category data. For optional connected-data processing, our intended UK GDPR bases are consent under Article 6(1)(a) and explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a). Connecting a provider is optional. Consent must be actively given before a connection is opened and may be withdrawn for future processing. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and D1 database services. Terra provides the connection layer between YuMan OS and supported third-party services. Cronometer, WHOOP and any other service a user connects process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a properly managed business transfer.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires transfer safeguards, we will rely on the provider's applicable contractual and legal safeguards and review them before public launch.
YuMan OS applies documented rules to create scores, traffic-light states and educational guidance. These outputs do not make legal decisions, determine access to essential services, or replace professional judgement. Users can choose not to act on them and can use manual entry instead of connected services.
Depending on the circumstances, users may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive their personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Identity may need to be verified before acting on a request. Users may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, Cloudflare secrets and signed webhook checks. No system is completely secure. Guidance quality also depends on complete and accurate source data.
YuMan OS is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not designed to knowingly collect children's health data.
We may update this policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be dated and presented before new processing where appropriate.
